Customer Support Agent Opening

Your Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and send weekly performance summaries to customers
  • Communicate with and encourage problematic drivers to practise safe driving behaviour
  • Provide training and coaching to customers as needed
  • Prepare and submit weekly logbook reviews.

Required Qualifications:

  • AMAZING communication and Interpersonal skills
  • 2 Years of previous support and service experience
  • Experience with Keep Truckin, Samsara, Geotab or similar telematics software. (willing to train)
  • Experience with MS Office, MS Teams, Salesforce, and similar software
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Understanding of HoursofService Regulations (A Huge Asset, but willing to train)
  • Ability to work independently and with a team.
